14-Day Hassle-Free Returns
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Reach out to us and we'll take care of it.
Eligibility
- Item must be damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival
- Request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
How to Start a Return
Email us at shezisaleem99@gmail.com or message us on Instagram @shahz.studios with your order number and photos of the item. We'll confirm next steps once your request is reviewed.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is approved and received, we'll process a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement, depending on what you prefer.
